Ondrej – our head-chef

We were very pleased to be able hire Ondrej as our new Manshausen Hotel Manager and Head-Chef. His experience and culinary ambition were a perfect fit for our own vision. We believe your dining experience should match your great outdoor adventures, and the magnificent landscape that surrounds you.

Restaurant

All meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner – are served in the Restaurant in our Main House. You are welcome here at any time, be it for coffee and a chat. or perhaps a drink in the lounge before or after. Feel free to ask the chefs about our pre-servation section where we showcase all kind of fermentations and preservations we use in the winter months.

Omer Fejzulovski

Omer started his career at 12 years old and has been a chef and headchef at fine dining restaurants in several countries. Mexico, Denmark, England and Sweden are the most recent ones, but the list can go on longer. He has been part of the team since 2023 and hopefully many more years.

Local delicacies

We are incredibly fortunate to live in the middle of a culinary treasure chest! Because of our insistence on local ingredients of the highest quality, our menu varies with the seasons, reflecting the availability of produce, seafood, lamb, reindeer or moose.
