Our ingredients are local, fresh, preferably caught and produced right here at Manshausen by Eliška and Tonda, our Head-Chefs. Their experience and culinary ambition are a perfect fit for our own vision. WELLNESS
We have dug a pond and filled it with seawater that is constantly being refreshed. By this pond we have placed our hot tub, the sauna, and a barbecue, making it a wonderful place to relax.

What a fantastic and exceptional place! We spent three nights there
in Svalbard cabin and Patagonia cabin.
The experience was simply magical: the soft lighting, even on rainy evenings, the warm and attentive welcome from Darek, Maria, and the entire team, the delicious food (as a big fan of cod, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes), the charming sauna with its outdoor seawater pool, and the exceptional cabins where you sleep like kings and queens in this Arctic paradise. Everything is done with care and taste, for a truly unique experience. We will be back. Thank you!
